Shipping policy

  • Most items are produced on-demand by our fulfillment partner. They are shipped after complete, or in some cases, once the entire order is fulfilled.
  • We are unable to guarantee the exact date of arrival of any shipment. Eszett, LLC is not responsible for items that are lost in transit due to the negligence of the shipper (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.); shipping issues should be addressed directly with the shipper.
  • If you have an issue with delivery of your order, please let us know. Although we are not responsible for delayed/missing/lost or otherwise undelivered packages, in the event that an item is not received, we will do our best to assist the buyer on a case by case basis. 
  • If there is an issue relating to the condition of the item you've received, please let us know within 30 days of receipt of the item and provide photos of the issue so that we can determine the best course of action to assist you. We are not able to provide refunds/replacements for damaged items after that timeframe. Additionally, we are not able to provide refunds/returns on items unless there is a documented issue with the condition of the item upon receipt. We cannot provide replacements for items that are no longer for sale in our store.
